I founded Sendero Resolution Group on a simple belief: conflict, handled well, doesn't have to end in more damage. It can be the turning point toward something better.
I've spent my career on the front lines of workplace investigations and employee relations, currently as a Global Employee Relations Investigator managing cases across North America, with prior roles leading employee relations investigations across large, multi-site organizations. Over 500+ workplace investigations, I've learned that the difference between a case that heals a workplace and one that leaves lasting fractures almost always comes down to the same things: rigor, neutrality, and genuine care for the people involved.
I've held my PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification since 2008 and recently completed my Master of Legal Studies in Employment Law & Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law. As a trained mediator, I believe some conflicts are best resolved not through findings and reports, but through structured conversation and mutual understanding.
Sendero means "path" or "trail" in Spanish, a name that reflects both my heritage and my approach. Every investigation, every mediation, is a path from complaint to closure, from conflict to clarity.
Clarity. Resolution. Forward Movement.
